Dr. Peter Zheng has been practicing in Westchester and Dutchess regions for over 16 years. He is an Interventional Pain management Specialist (Minimal Invasive Pain Management Specialist). He is certified by American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.  He is also certified by New York State for acupuncture. He did his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship in Anesthesiology Pain Management.  Dr. Zheng did his internship in Internal Medicine at University of Connecticut, residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Rochester and fellowship in

Anesthesiology Pain Management at Westchester Medical Center. Colleagues through the pain management rotation during residency felt Dr. Zheng would be an excellent pain management physician and praised him for his wonderful needle skills as he displayed very accurate and less painful techniques.  This led Dr. Zheng to do pain management fellowship and he soon became a pain management physician with an expertise in minimally invasive procedures. 


He had multidisciplinary training during his residency and fellowship, which include extensive training in interventional pain management, orthopedics, neurology, rheumatology, physical therapy, electrodiagnosic medicine (NCS/EMG), and many more. Due to the multidisciplinary nature of his specialty and subspecialties and over 15 year practice, he is very experienced with a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and management of pain conditions and musculoskeletal problems with most advanced knowledge and new techniques. These include almost all aspects of the interventional pain management treatments with minimally invasive procedures, PRP and stem cell therapy, medication management, botox injection and acupuncture. He always tries to find out why the patients have pain and then treat accordingly. 

Over the years, Dr. Zheng has developed a reputation for personalized service with a high level of medical expertise. His office is equipped with state-of-art equipment, such as C-Arm X-Ray, Ultrasound and so on, to treat broad spectrum of pain conditions. He listens to your needs, creates realistic solutions, and has a unique ability to make you comfortable with his friendly demeanor.  He has expertise with interventional pain management with minimally invasive procedures, and precise injection techniques to assist his patients to control the pain.

Jill Coccaro, FNP, DPT

Jill E. Coccaro is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner by the AANC and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. 


Jill Coccaro, FNP, DPT, was born in Westchester County, New York. She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Science as well as both a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. She began her medical career in 2003, working as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist in both hospital-based and outpatient settings.  She went on to work in Sports Medicine while completing her Doctorate.  She was the primary author of a research article titled “ACL Rehabilitation Using an Anterior Tibialis Allograft” in the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Journal, which was published in 2006.


Jill furthered her medical training at Pace University in Pleasantville, NY, where she received both a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Upon graduating, she worked for a prestigious orthopedic surgery group in Westchester County, whose primary focus was total joint replacements, arthroscopic, and spinal surgery.  She has extensive training in Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Rehabilitation.  Jill understands the importance of developing a customized treatment approach in an effort to alleviate pain. Now, as the newest member of the Comprehensive Pain Management team, Jill is excited to share her expertise and will be offering the following treatments:
